Run the floor as one.
Racks, power, cooling, capacity and the work that keeps them running. Read from the BMS and EPMS you already have, written to the record everyone else uses.
From the first hall to the last decommission.
Six moves. Every one of them lands on the same rack object the CRM and the NOC see.
Every rack. In context.

Map the floor.
Sites, halls, rows, racks, power paths and cooling zones as one model. Imported from DCIM and drawings, reconciled to one ID per object.

An inlet alarm connects this rack to Northwind, its cooling response and INC-20417. One asset, with every dependency attached.
Northwind · NW-117 · INC-2041702
Read power and cooling.
Utility to UPS to PDU to breaker, CRAH to row to inlet. Live readings and alarms arrive through connectors and attach to the asset they came from.

Capacity and headroom.
Space, power and cooling headroom per hall, row and feeder, with reservations from Ayana already subtracted. Stranded kilowatts show up as a number, not a rumour.

04
Work orders and PPM.
Planned maintenance, installs, moves and remote hands as work orders on the asset, with windows, approvals and the change they belong to.

Alarms into incidents.
An alarm becomes an incident in the shared queue with the rack, the customer and the SLA attached. The NOC and facilities work the same item.

06
Handover and decommission.
Energised racks become billable in Ayana on the day. Decommissioned ones stay in the record as history, with everything that ever happened to them.
- Energised → billable
- History kept
What makes Neev different.
It is DC operations on the same record as the contract and the ticket.
01
Reads, does not replace
Your BMS, EPMS and DCIM stay. Neev reads them through connectors with owners and mismatch reports.
- ConnectorsModbus, BACnet, SNMP, OPC UA and vendor APIs.
- One IDA rack is one object, however many tools name it.
- Mismatch reportWhat still disagrees, by source.
02
Capacity the CRM can trust
Headroom is computed per feeder and row with reservations already subtracted, and Ayana reads it live.
- Stranded kWFound and sold.
- ReservationsHeld against quotes, with expiry.
- Energised = billableNo handover spreadsheet.
03
Work with a chain
Every work order belongs to a change, every change to an asset and an approval. Audit packs assemble themselves.
- PPMScheduled from the asset, not a calendar.
- ApprovalsWindows and sign-offs kept.
- HistoryDecommissioned is a state.
